I respectfully request SEC proposed rule #S7-24-15 not be implemented because, as a small investor leveraged and inverse funds are a very efficient and timely strategy's for me to use to trade and hedge in my stock trading account.
I can honestly say that trading these instruments are very efficient and easy to learn and use in my day to day activities. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion.
