Inverse funds are of great importance to me. They allow me to enhance my returns and protect my portfolio.
I do not want a third party evaluating my ability to understand and use these funds or preventing me from buying them.
I do wish to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom tobuy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations onmy choice.
