I disapprove of any new restrictions on my ability to invest in leveraged ETF's in retirement funds or otherwise. These funds can provide access to beneficial investments that are otherwise unavailable. Leverage in these funds are known, and included in my decision process as I weigh the investment benefits vs. the risks. There is no need or desire for any other government controls.
