I strongly believe this proposal is bad for investors, unnecessary and sets a dangerous precedent.
Leveraged and Inverse funds are very important to me, they allow me to enhance my returns and protect my portfolio.
I understand them completely and all there performance characteristics and I do not want a third party preventing me from trading them.
I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisers have the freedom to buy public securities without government imposed limitations on my investment choices.
