Dear SEC,
Im an individual investor in the U.S. public markets for many years and sat for the CFA level 3 exam previously, therefore I speak base on my experience and knowledge in investing in the markets. Leveraged funds comprise a part of my investment tools and allow me to capture attractive return/risk opportunities. Making it burdensome to access these funds would hinder many investors abilities to achieve their investment objectives. In addition, certain individual securities can be just as, if not more, risky than some of the leveraged funds. So I believe it is important to maintain offering a wide range of products, and investors can choose what fits them the best.
