In light of recent market instability, protection of my portfolio is of significant importance. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and do not want a third party deciding that for me. Leveraged and inverse funds allow me to seek enhanced returns and/or protect my portfolio. Please do not implement new regulations that would preclude me from having the freedom to do so. Now, more than ever, such tools are needed.
