I think they have been around for many years and people have used them wisely. They are a part of my overall balanced portfolio and I understand that they should be a small portion of my overall portfolio. They have helped the small investor compete with wealthy investors and institutions. Setting up regulations will not even the field and the market will not be well balanced and only the wealthy will be able to use them.
