I have been an individual investor for more than a decade. And during that decade i have always taken negative and inverse positions at points in the markets, that i deemed to be irrational in nature. Now that i see another major peak approaching, i see the communist government FIXERS-IN-THIEF come to make shorting and negative funds illegal for the masses. You people allow rigging at some of the highest levels and prevent the majority of the middle class from participation when it suites you. This country is more communist than China. The SEC is a joke. Central Banks have ruined fiscal situations around the globe, and now you want to legislate away the rights of citizens to buy or sell according to their own good judgement.
