To whom is may concern,
I am writing today about proposed rule S7-24-15. Simply stated, there are those of us who fully understand the investments in which we choose to enter. We use leveraged and inverse investments as protection. A more burdensome process to be able to buy these securities benefits no one and frankly, we wish to be treated as adults, capable of making decisions to enter into investments that we choose, not ones in which a government body allows.
