Full disclosing is all that is required it is not the SEC's or the Governments job to protect us from ourselves. Allow the same tools for small investors that U allow for wealthy investors. You would B taking away a major tool for investors to protect their assets. How about U forget this and just enforce the short-selling rules U already have
