This proposal goes completely against what America stands for. I would expect this of a Communist country but certainly not the USA. We should be able to make our own investment decisions. Not a broker and not the government. During the recent market drop I sold my Proshares and do not plan on buying any back soon, but if I do I should be able to make that decieion.
