Hello,
Leveraged SP 500 and leveraged Nasdaq funds have been very beneficial to my investment strategy. I use these funds for appreciation at turning points in the market as well as for short term hedging to protect stock gains.
I understand that this ruling would involve a 3rd party to evaluate investor capability to use these leveraged funds. I do not support added bureaucracy as over time the perceived problems solved create newer problems that ultimately are worse than the original perceived issue.
Please do not become a barrier to investors ability to run their own accounts.
