Please do not make changes to the leveraged and inverse funds eligibility, I need the option to use these funds to hedge my portfolio, in case of severe downturns, or overly aggressive computer trading. Otherwise, I could get loose a lot, just because of the big money going in and out, and trying to control the market, at the expense of the little guy.
I am perfectly capable of making my own decisions, and understand the leveraged and inverse funds, and their purpose. Please do not take away my liberties, and freedoms. I should not have to judged by a third party, who does not know me or my portfolio, and I do not want to share all my holdings to a third party, to get his permissions.
Let's keep the free public markets free, and preserve our rights to invest like all investors regardless of our size or stature.
