Inverse funds are very important to some investors, especially in this current volatile market that has been created by the government and populous reaction to the corona virus. Limiting access to these and leveraged funds is fundamental to navigating a bear market like today. If someone has done enough research to find one of these and knows what the word inverse or leveraged means, they know what it does and how to use it. If you don't know you won't be looking for such a fund. Government is not required. Just go protect us from corruption, we can protect ourselves from ourselves.
