I am commenting on the proposed rule 34-87607. 3X leveraged ETFs are particularly important to my portfolio, and allow for ease in making investment choices and transactions. I understand leveraged and inverse fund characteristics, and do not want to have broker or government-imposed limitations on my trading.
Please preserve my right to buy and trade public securities without additional burden to my investment choices.
