Please let the individual shareholder invest in leveraged/inverse funds when managed responsibly it helps to protect our accounts during times of volatility. Please let us keep these special financial instruments in place. I work for a critical FMU (Financial Market Utility) and attest that these funds have helped me protect my account from loses during volatile periods and help generate income that otherwise may not be available to the individual investor. This proposal will again deter a level playing field and segregate the availability to just a few participants. Please keep these funds available to the individual investment community.
