Please do not limit my use of leveraged ETFs and Inverse leveraged ETFs for the individual investor. I have been using these for years in my investing. The warnings about the risks associated with these instruments are VERY VERY CLEAR under the current regulations. Although I appreciate the SEC oversight in certain areas, additional oversight and regulations here would put the individual investor at an additional disadvantage.
