I am an experienced investor. I have been using leveraged ETFs for many years with mixed results, mostly positive. My brokerage already requires special requests and acknowledgement of the the risks involved with such vehicles. I do not believe that adding additional requirements to use these vehicles is in the best interest of the market or investors. Please do not make investing in these funds more difficult.
