Please do not limit the ability of investors to buy into 3X leveraged ETFs. These funds provide a valuable means for hedging risk. Yes, the funds could probably do a better job of explaining the risks inherent to their strategies. But please do not limit the ability of knowledgeable investors to take advantage of these very helpful investment options. Thank you - Richard Voss
