I strongly believe the proposed regulations are bad for investors. Because 1. Investors can benefit from the enhanced return and portfolio protection potential of leveraged and inverse funds. 2. I, as an investor, don't have any problem using leveraged and inverse funds.
Therefore, please maintain my current access to these funds.
