Dear SEC:
On behalf of myself, and many educated retail investors. PLEASE allow us to continue investing in leveraged funds I am a 24 year old economics graduate who knows and understands the workings of the market, and I enjoy the opportunity to use leveraged ETFs to amplify my gains I am okay with the idea that people who are less educated, and do not understand the risks, should be educated and warned of the volatility associated with leveraged funds. But please, do not restrict those of us who are able to use these investments in the way they are intended, with full knowledge of what we are doing. Please refrain from implementing sweeping regulation that will broadly affect investors such as myself. Thank you for your time, and consideration of my comments
