Dear Sirs:
I recently learned that you are proposing to limit the access to inverse funds. I object to this move for many reasons, predominantly that it discriminates against the small investor's freedom.
It is suspicious that it comes at a time when markets are falling. In any case, I propose that you pass on the intention to make a move that limits investor's freedom to make their own decisions.
