I am writing this to let you know that I disagree with the new regulations proposed that would significantly limit mine and other investor's ability to invest in leveraged funds. Leveraged funds are important to me and allow me to seek better returns. I understand the risks involved with leveraged funds and request that investors such as myself continue to have the freedom to invest in these funds as we choose.
