I would like to continue to be able to purchase leveraged or inverse funds and feel that I am able to determine on my own if these funds are appropriate for my risk tolerance. Efforts to interfere with the free market system has been met with mixed results, at best. Investors and their advisors should be allowed to continue the use of these funds without government-imposed limitations.
