I have have been investing in the triple leverage fund TQQQ by myself for the last 5 years. For the 15 years before that my investment adviser had be in the double leveraged fund ROM.
Continuing, unhindered access is important to my portfolio management.
I experimented with leveraged funds using a small percentage of my funds and confirmed my expectations. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged funds and do not want or need any guidance or restrictions imposed upon my freedom to handle my investments.
I like that they are leveraged to the NASDAQ and I consider them a much safer long term investment that individual stocks.
I dont want any third party evaluating my capability to choose my investments. Please protect my freedom to buy public securities without government-imposed limitations.
