Leveraged and inverse funds are a critical part of my investment strategy. I am aware of the risks of these vehicles. I do not need the government to tell me what is appropriate for me, or to limit my choices. I need the government to make sure that capital markets are run openly and with transparency. Please do not "protect" me from exercising my freedom to invest in these products. I am counting on them for my future.
