I am opposed to eliminating or significantly restricting the ability of individual investors to invest in "leveraged" funds.
Given the additional risks posed by these types of funds, compared to non-leveraged funds, I DO favor increased information/notifications provided to such investors, but not a rule absolutely restricting or removing the ability of investors to purchase mutual funds that use leverage/borrowed funds to make additional investments.
