We are well aware of our investment decisions. Having invested in these funds I am well aware of the ups and downs. However, this is of great concern to me Such an action on the part of the SEC could greatly jeopardize recovering my losses during this market downturn. I intentionally did not sell at the outset of this downturn knowing full well I had time to regain my investment and then some. This decision must NOT occur. It will clearly devastate any chance of my recovering my investments going forward. This decision will severely damage investors who chose to be in these types of investments in the past and presently own them. Its too late for me to have pulled out the money I would have knowing this was a possibility It is unfair of the SEC to jeopardize my financial well-being at this point
