I am against the Sec proposed rule s7-24-15. I make my own decision on my Personal Investment. I like to have all the ranges of financial products to achieve my investment goals. Leveraged funds are one of the securities that is helping me achieve these goals. I value my ability to have access to these products.
I believe, as a principal, the SEC should not restrict the availability of financial products to only certain part of the population. The markets should be open and free. I think the ability to use financial products is a way for me to express my views on the financial and economic realms and any limitations is therefor a restrictions on my expression.
