A certain portion of my investments is in leveraged funds. This is a strategy I use deliberately to accentuate moves up and down. Taking away my ability to ride these funds up after allowing me to ride them down would be a punishment for me as an investor akin to theft of my money through theft of opportunity. Please allow these funds to continue with appropriate disclosures to investors.
