Leveraged and inverse funds are important to because they allow individuals to protect their portfolios and enhance their returns. I'm able to understand these leveraged and inverse funds and I don't need a third party evaluating my ability to do so. I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
