Gentlemen
Your proposed new regulations are a very bad idea. Not only are they unnecessary, they reduce my liberty to spend/invest my money as I see fit. At a time when reduced regulations have proven to be of great benefit to the economy as well as individuals, you want to reverse course and impose more burdens on the individual. Stop it I am tired of faceless, unelected bureaucrats telling me what I can and cannot do. Remember the 10th Amendment to the Constitution. What is not specifically granted to the federal government is left up the the states and individual. Leave these decisions to me, please.
