Hello, I wish to express my strong disagreement with the proposal to limit rights to invest in levereged funds. These make up an aspect of my portfolio, and I am fully capable of understanding the risks and rewards involved. I am a software engineer who likes to take an active role in my investing and I like to have the option to purchase leveraged funds to maximize portfolio growth, while understanding that these funds ought not to make up the bulk of one's portfolio. In today's world, with pensions a thing of the past, the only way to have a secure retirement is to invest, and that means retail investors should be allowed all tools at their disposal, that is only fair.
