Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, they allow me to enhance my returns and help to protect my portfolio. I have over 50 years of experience and do not want a third party preventing me from buying them. Last, please leave the long-standing free public markets alone. We do not need anymore government imposed limitations on my choices.
