Dear SEC officials,
I personally disagree to ban leveraged and inverse ETFs in the financial market. As someone who works in the investment management area, I highly value the vast diversity of financial products offered in the market and the enhanced returns leveraged and reverse ETFs could provide during all kinds of market environment and for different types of investment purposes. I believe the presence of these funds actually improves market efficiency and preserves the spirit of free market.
