Although these LI funds are not for everybody, the risks are well-disclosed and obvious. These are valuable tools for many investors who can/want to tolerate more risk than garden variety ETFs equities. And despite the leverage, they are not often as risky as a single-company equities, which, in my opinion, can be far more risky than these instruments. Please do not restrict or remove these as investment choices. As an investor, I want regulators to ensure honesty and transparency, not be a nanny.
