I extremely oppose this regulation. I do not need an over reaching third party evaluating my capability to participate in leveraged and inverse funds.
I am fully capable of understanding the risks associated with leveraged and inverse funds. Each prospectus of the LI funds that I use clearly states the potential risk associated with using them. On top of that, my brokerage firm clearly warns me of the risk when using these investment vehicles.
