I hereby announce my opposition to SEC putting new requirement to provide extensive personal financial and other information to their broker/adviser before allowing purchase of leveraged/inverse funds.
Please encourage further upfront teaching of risks/benefits to the investors and let them make the decisions. No further regulation is needed
