I urge the SEC to abandon this proposed regulation This would impede my ability to buy insurance against catastrophic uncontrollable loses in my retirement. I don't believe the SEC is responsible for or capable of managing my financial affairs without extensive personal interaction, which would be impossible on a large investor scale.
