As an individual investor I understand the risks associated with both inverse and leveraged funds. I accept these risks and use these to pursue opportunity and hedge positions. I understand that these funds should be held for shorter periods of time than traditional funds
Denying access will create a two tier investment systems where only the "big boys" have the opportunity.
I have been provided notices that i've acknowledged through my broker
