Please consider carefully the impact on small retail investors on the Inverse and 2X proshares. Without these ETFs I would have to take huge risks in the options market. Pro shares has helped me smooth out my account from volatility and enabled me to retain my long positions. I like it just the way it is. It gives the little guy a chance to stay solvent.
