Like many thousands of my fellow marker participants, I am a private invertor trading my own accounts. To limit my ability to use leveraged and inverse funds serves no purpose. In fact, to limit them inhibits my ability to trade and invest. I trade Futures contracts, Equity Options, and Forex Futures. Inverse and Leveraged funds are all the same stuff. new regulations directed at these issues will serve no purpose. Respectfully, John Skinner
