I mailed a letter to the SEC on this topic with more detail. The ProShares funds have been a very helpful, safe, stable way for me to make some ROI in stocks after I had failed multiple times trying to pick leading companies, which was much too risky as they would swing up and down, and Wall Street insiders get this information before average people like me. These index-based funds are safe, I make the decisions and assume any risk, Wall Street insiders have less of an advantage over me, and I'm not paying any fees as I would need to for an investment advisor. I will share more investment detail history from my account to prove that I had previously failed in past approaches, but ProShares index-based funds have given me hope to stay active as an investor rather than giving up. Please do not take these away as they are my one hope for returns as my age has closed the door on job opportunities in Silicon Valley. Thanks, Andrew Neff (David is my first name and there as that's how it would appear in US government records).
