I strongly against SEC proposed rule #S7-24-15. The individual investor should have the freedom to choose whatever ETFs which benefit me the most to achieve my investment goal, regardless of whether it's a leveraged ETF or an inverse ETF. The proposed regulation is bad for me to invest my money in the US equity market.
