I think its a stupid regulation with the only purpose to limit indivuduals in their freedom to make decissions. Treat them as ignorants with no idea what they get involved in.
Better to make regulation for persons that are scamed over the internet and pluck those scammers like a turkey for Thankgiving.
Regulators should not try to maintain there job by creating stupid regulation.
