Dear officials in SEC,
As an investor who has traded stocks in the U.S. Market for more than eight years, I believe an investor should have the freedom to choose the equities he or she wants to buy. Indeed, there is no guarantee that an investor can definitely profit from a trading, the risk of buying a levitated inverse ETF equity is entirely taken by the investor him/herself, not shared by any other person.
I believe imposing such restrictions on the equities an investor can buy is not necessary and would only hurt the reputation of the U.S. Stock Market, which has been considered to be a great and true free market in the world with a long history. Please consider my points of view seriously on this proposal. Thank you.
