I oppose any SEC additional regulation regarding leveraged ETF's. They are an important investment tool for me as an individual investor, and I use them regularly.

Leveraged ETF's are not too complicated for the retail investor to understand, and frankly it is offensive for the government to decide that I need their help in understanding my own investment decisions.

The SEC has plenty of work to do in ensuring market players are operating fairly. They don't need to add on existing regulation to a set of securities that are already working well.
