I wish to continue to invest in leveraged and inverse funds, .e.g Proshares. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me and colleagues, and they allow one to seek enhanced returns and protect my portfolio.
I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their characteristics. I don,t want a third party evaluating my capacity for this. I want free public markets
