I want to voice my opposition to your proposal that would make trading leveraged and inverse funds much harder. For the past few years I have been successfully using these instruments. I am a retired small investor and totally understand the risks and rewards of such funds. Finally, what has prompted this proposed action? I've not heard of any problems caused by leveraged and inverse funds for me, they are needed for "balanced" trading in today's volatle markets.
