Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, as they allow me the ability to seek enhanced returns or, more importantly, protect my portfolio.
I understand leverage, inverse funds, and their performance characteristics. I certainly do not want a third party involved in evaluating my capability, or determining my fitness for utilizing them as part of thoughtfully managing my assets.
I believe it is important that we preserve free public markets, where I alone, or in consult with my financial advisor, have the freedom to purchase public securities, such as leveraged and inverse funds, without government imposed limitations on those investors choices.
